What furnishings are in the cabins?
We have painstakingly curated the cabins so that they are furnished with everything you could need for a short or extended stay to keep you comfortable and to make packing easier. In addition to the below items, we have one set of items those visiting with babies might need, which is shared among the cabins.

How can I rent a cabin? ​
To avoid booking fees, email us to make your booking. While you can book directly through the links on our website or on other rental platforms where we are listed, you will have to pay booking fees to those platforms. What we recommend is using the links on our website to see the cabin's availability, then emailing us at beachroadcabins@gmail.com with your reservation request. We can reserve your spot and we won't charge you any additional booking fees.
What is the cost? Are discounts available? ​
Studio: $200/night, except $300/night from Memorial Day to Labor Day
Two-bed/one-bath: $300/night, except $400/night from Memorial Day to Labor Day
Two-bed/two-bath: $400/night, except $500/night from Memorial Day to Labor Day
Discounts may be available for longer stays, during the winter months, and if you rent all three cabins. Please contact us and we're happy to do our best to work with you! ​​

*Stays under 30 days are subject to 7% sales tax and 4% occupancy tax. Payments made by credit card are subject to a 3% processing fee.

Is there a minimum rental period?
There is no minimum rental period, though we do prefer at least a two-night minimum from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Is there parking?
Each cabin comes with two parking spaces on the property.​

Are pets allowed? ​
Small pets may be allowed with an additional fee; this is decided on a case-by-case basis.

Can we rent the cabins for a party? ​
No. To be respectful of our neighbors and community, and to keep the cabins in pristine condition, we do not allow the cabins to be rented for parties. ​​​​​​​

Can we rent all three cabins? ​
Yes! Renting all three cabins gives you full access to the property. It's a great opportunity for a family or friend reunion where everyone can be together and still have their own space.
When were the cabins last renovated--and by whom?
​
We are two couples who have been friends for decades. When one couple "retired," we saw these cabins for sale. (One couple has a house on the same road as the cabins and the other couple lives a few towns away.) The cabins had fallen into disrepair, so we all decided it would be a fun new project to buy them, renovate them, and ultimately rent them. Our great local contractors (Paul Terry and his crew!) not just renovated but basically rebuilt all three cabins in 2023 and 2024. We're thrilled with how they came out and hope you are too!
